		<description><![CDATA[According to Reuters, the &#8220;Smart Choices&#8221; labeling program has  &#8220;voluntarily&#8221; postponed &#8220;active operations&#8221; - pending an investigation by the FDA.  Some companies, like Kraft, intend to continue using the system on existing products, but will not expand its use.
