I don't think bake sales contribute to kids weight problems, I think the blame is on the 400 calories that kids can buy with $1.07 on the way to/from school in Philadelphia, or the town where I live, or many other towns. Daily soda/bag of chips, vs. an occasional brownie or cookie? Probably that psycho MeMe Roth, rabid anti-fat nutjob. I disagree with this ban 100%.
