I have started taking this product about a week ago. Still mesuring the morning energy and weightloss aspect, but that night time pill makes me sleep very deeply, I would not recommend this to someone who has to be "on-call", I don't wake up to my phone in the middle of the night. This product comes in one box with to seperate bottles. The first bottle is ment to be taken during the day and provide engery.
