Disordered eating is a term that is used by health care, to describe a wide variety of irregularities in eating behavior that do not warrant a diagnosis of a specific eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa. Disordered eating can include symptoms from both classic cases of anorexia and bulimia, making the disordered eating as dangerous as regular eating disorders. This is a nice blog to go through it as it gives lots of information on disordered eating which is bad for our health.

I have always respected the writings of Tom Venuto. His information is pretty much spot on.

I will look forward to your review of his new book.
