		<description>I sure would give it another try. It always has worked well whenever I revisit it. It is a lot of days in a row but they are short days. 

I did&#039;nt seem to have a problem with recovery, but if you think you might they also have a three day a week program.

I did that last time and threw in another day of Brink Hybrid HIIT.</description>

		<description>I liked it, a lot.  Nonetheless, I didn&#039;t finish the full 12 weeks, due to scheduling conflicts...I&#039;m going to need to change up my workout after the Arnold, so I may take another run at this.</description>

I have to say, AST&#039;s been very good about not sending spam, so props to them...they&#039;re not using the program as bait to get people on a mailing list.</description>
