(2 before 2 main meals) So i take 2 15 min before i eat a small breakfast and then 2 more 15 min and before lunch (I tried the first night to take them before dinner but i was up half the night becuase of the caffine) I haven't noticed any side effects.. I do however have tons of energy which helps cause i work with kids. I eat three small meals a day and have a snack. And drink lots of water!!!!! I have so far since tuesday lost 8lbs and am looking to loose 40 by july!!! Now i know the bottle says "eat what u want and still loose weight" K it does not mean go pig out and be fine.. It means u don't have to cut out everything u normally do in a diet.. Which helps with i would believe many people. I so far love it again and have gotten a friend to try it.. I am sorry about the bad stuff but I think it depends on the person that takes it. When I ate yesterday, I became fuller faster(I know drinking water before eating fills you up). But, I felt energized and didn't want to eat anymore than what I needed. I feel that the statement that they have on their bottle is only true if you listen to your body and stop eating when you are satisfied. This will make you lose weight because your body is not getting as much food as it did before. All I can say is give it a try. The ingredients are things that your body could use anyway. Good Luck. Dee, I am sorry that you became ill and could not continue. Regarding the weight gain, sometimes that happens before you actually lose fat and not just water weight. I am a member of my local Curves and with eating healthy and exercising 5-6 days a week(no joke; i'm serious about losing weight), I have lost about 27 lbs. I started off at 264 and now I am at 237. I have platoed(spelling?) for two months and I need something to jump start this again. I am also trying the Acai supplement. I take Omega 3-6-9 everyday as well. My goal to be healthy and more active. Weight wise, it is the clothing and how small of a size I can get into. I cannot remember ever being below an 18; currently a 24. I would love to see 12.
