		<description>My mom took Slim Quick and lost over 12 pounds and that made her happier then anything. She now knows to eat smailiar servings at dinner. I learned to eat healthier foods like my greens and fruit. I believe that if you are going to have 5 to 6 servings of food a day, spread them out, and make sure that they are all healthy. If they are healthy you have more of a chance keeping your weight down. I think anyone with a weight problem should let slim quick help you with that. Ok, thanks for listening.</description>
